Advocate Jasmin M.M is a distinguished legal professional with over two decades of dedicated practice. She holds a B.A., LL.B. with First Class honors and enrolled with the Bar in 2002.

 

She began her career under the mentorship of Hon’ble Justice Shaji P. Chaly and Senior Advocate A.V. Thomas, where she developed a strong foundation in litigation strategy and courtroom advocacy.

 

With a decade of experience as Government Pleader, Ms. Jasmin has specialized in high-stakes taxation matters. She has a proven track record of representing State and institutional interests in complex fiscal disputes before the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala.

 

Her practice combines deep statutory knowledge with meticulous case preparation and persuasive oral advocacy. She is adept at navigating complex statutory frameworks, drafting intricate pleadings, and handling matters involving substantial questions of law through methodical work strategy. 

 

Ms. Jasmin also maintains an extensive practice before the District Courts and Subordinate Courts of Kerala, covering civil disputes, criminal defense and prosecution, family law matters, and claims before the MACT and other Tribunals.
